Oversee the operations of the school, specifically personnel, finance, faculty affaris, academic discipline development, and strategic planning.

Oversee Party affairs, Party building, ideological and political education, Party conduct and integrity, cadre development, trade unions, confidentiality, audit, rural revitalization, and retired personnel affairs.

Assists the Dean with talent recruitment and academic discipline development, while overseeing graduate education, research management, research platform development, postdoctoral program.

Support the Party Secretary in Party committee affairs, oversee student ideological and political education, and manage student affairs, the Communist Youth League, external communications, alumni relations, campus security, as well as discipline inspection and oversight.

Support the Dean in administrative affairs, and oversee undergraduate education, laboratory development and safety, student innovation and entrepreneurship, and asset management.

Support the Dean in administrative affairs, and oversee the development of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, teaching and research, faculty recruitment and development, as well as non-degree education, international exchange and cooperation, science outreach, and library and information service
