Representative academic achievements：

In recent years, she has presided over more than 10 national, provincial/municipal and horizontal research projects. She has published over 20 academic papers in authoritative journals such as Trends in Food Science & Technology and Food & Function. As the second completer, she won the third prize of the 2019 Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award, the second prize of the 7th Chinese Nutrition Society Science and Technology Award, and the second prize of the 2020 Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
