Jun Liu, PhD, is Associate Professor, Deputy Director, and Master’s Supervisor at the Ophthalmology Research Institute, Jinan University.

Ocular Surface Immunology

Inflammatory Mechanisms in Corneal Wound Healing

Pathogenesis of Allergic Conjunctivitis and Dry Eye Disease

Representative academic achievements：

Dr. Liu is currently leading seven research projects funded by national, provincial, and municipal agencies, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed academic papers, mainly in international journals such as Mucosal Immunology, Frontiers in Immunology, and the American Journal of Pathology.

Main academic positions:

He serves as a committee member of the Neuro-Ophthalmology Physicians Branch of the Guangzhou Medical Doctor Association, an editorial board member of the Asian Pacific Journal of Allergy and Immunology, and a reviewer for international journals such as American Journal of Pathology, Frontiers in Physiology, and Scientific Reports.
