I focus on γδ T-cell tumor immunity and tumor microenvironment regulation, with particular interest in the molecular basis of γδ T-cell functional plasticity and related intervention strategies. My group studies the metabolic, epigenetic, and functional regulation of γδ T cells in the tumor microenvironment, especially how this environment drives their dysfunction and how metabolic or epigenetic interventions can restore their antitumor activity. I have published 14 SCI papers on γδ T cells as first or corresponding author (including co-first/co-corresponding author) in journals such as Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, British Journal of Cancer, Clinical and Translational Medicine, Biomaterials, Cellular & Molecular Immunology, Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, and iScience.
