Hongmei Dong, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Precision Oncology and Pathology, School of Basic Medical Sciences and Public Health, Jinan University, China. She serves as a Youth Member of the Tumor Biomarkers Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the Guangdong Anti-Cancer Association, and a peer reviewer for journals including Cancer Letters and Oncogene. She has published extensively in journals such as Clinical Cancer Research, PNAS, Cancer Letters, Matrix Biology, Oncogene, JCI Insight, and The Journal of Pathology. Dr. Dong has led multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation, and her work has been recognized with the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the Second Prize of the Guangdong Medical Science and Technology Award. She also holds several authorized invention patents.
